- Chickasaw Nation Rx benefit- Available only through pharmacy refill center in Ada. Prescriptions filled at no cost for employees and their dependents enrolled in Chickasaw Nation medical/Rx plan. 90-day supply on most maintenance medications, convenient drive-thru or mail delivery (some limitations apply).
- IDP (Individual Development Plan)- this allows employees the opportunity to achieve professional and personal growth through courses offered online via Zoom or in-person (eligibility periods apply).
- Access to wellness centers, which include youth programs, swimming, aerobics, Zumba, Arc Trainers, nutrition consultations, etc.
