- Transport employees and/or customers to and from the parking lot to designated stops at the facility.
- Transport VIP guests via tribal vehicle to (including but not limited to) off-site hotels and city airport.
- Complete a pre-trip inspection log, prior to operating any tribal shuttle, bus or limo. This includes checking for any previous exterior or interior damage, emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kits, etc. braking system (back alarms and emergency brakes, etc.), vehicle safety (tire pressure, turn signals, head and tail lights, etc.) and cleanliness of the vehicle.

- Assist patrons at the Players Club desk or kiosk with creating new accounts, reprinting cards for existing accounts, and facilitating PIN resets.
- Welcome and greet patrons into Players Club/Kiosk locations to ensure guest awareness.
- Inform customers of our promotions and card benefits while providing excellent customer service. Explain tiered card and rewards system and how to ensure patrons are receiving credit for their play.
- Determine complimentary worthiness of card play using established guidelines and guest point total listed in the Casino Management system.
- Create Club Passport cards using kiosks or entering customer data into computer systems capturing information such as Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address and Gender in order to track game play for gifts, promotional participation, and to increase membership.
- Answer basic customer questions concerning gaming machines, table games, and promotional events (e.g. downloadable credits, flash play, win/loss statements, direct mail offers, table games available, and promotional events occurring).
- Accurately and efficiently update patron information using ACSC system and casino based facility software.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Work with a small team to remove and exchange bill validator canisters in accordance with compliance from at least 900 gaming machines scheduled daily or as requested from various sources. This includes bending and crouching to reach the gaming machine doors and access the bill validator cans.
- Responsible for maintaining facility controlled keys throughout the entirety of shift.
- Remove and exchange approximately 50 fund cassettes daily from kiosks utilized by Patrons.
- Remove and exchange approximately 25 fund cassettes daily from Jackpot Kiosks utilized by the Electronic Games department.
- Ensure financial services equipment reflects accurate cash totals from daily drop.
- Remove and exchange Off-Track Betting SporTech machines daily.
- Service and replenish cash recyclers utilized by the Cash Cage department.
- Exchange of Table Games (100) and Card Games (52) ante, cash and tip boxes from the tables three (3) separate times throughout the day.
- Assist vendors when needed for access to financial services equipment for repairs or service.
- Works with Electronic Games Techs to correct lock issues that negatively impact drops.
- Remove and/or exchange of bill validator canisters or kiosk cassettes for weekly game changes performed by EG department and gaming vendors.
- Responsible for twice-daily exchange of tip canisters for all tipped departments in the facility (EG, Cash Cage, Chip Cage, Valet, OTB, Transportation, Facility Services and Drink Servers).
- Identify and communicate issues with gaming machines, financial services equipment or Table Games/Card Games equipment.
- Safely drive a motorized cart through a highly congested gaming floor and clear cart path.
- Complete daily documentation for partnership with other departments.
- Adhere to facility policies and standards, ensuring that the department is in compliance at all times.
- Compliance with the MICS/TICS at all times.
- Assist with the general facility cleaning in between scheduled pulls.
- Responsible for following good radio etiquette communications from the team to management offices and other department staff as required during pull rounds.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Monitors and ensures the safety of guests, employees and tribal assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guests and tribal assets. Assists other departments when emergency conditions threaten or actually exist (fire, weather, medical, etc) to assure the facility is protected.
- Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
- Assists in maintaining customer and employee confidence and safeguards the operations by maintaining confidentiality of all information they may be exposed to in the performance of their duties.
- May be required to monitor the opening and closing of machines for routine repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the machine is maintained.
- May be required to provide escort for the transfer of monies at or within the facilities.
- Interpreting and enforcing established guidelines in conjunction with operations in order to protect the assets of the Chickasaw Nation.

- Issue banks to all POS stations and kiosks so monies will be available to customers.
- Stack currency manually and sort, count, and wrap coins so counting and recording of all monies received through the facility will be accurately accounted for.
- Properly count down all clerks for total monies, subtracting change banks and recording all actual amounts counted on proper forms to document the accuracy and accountability of operations.
- May pull and replace canisters from the gaming machines to assist with the drop.
- Comply with facility policies, procedures and standards ensuring the money room is in compliance with all MICS and TICS.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Deal table games and perform mathematical calculations mentally at such a level of speed and accuracy to maintain the entertainment value of the game for customers while dealing with Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce (CNDC) standards to include, but not limited to counting card values and monetary win/loss.
- Escalate problematic customer issues to the Floor Supervisor to provide a timely resolution and ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain security of games and monies by remaining at the assigned table and keeping visual contact with customers, game layout and chip rack at all times.
- Provide instructions to guests when requested or as assigned in order to encourage gaming activity.
- Coordinate with Casino Operations and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities to ensure game integrity and protection.
- Clean assigned area by aligning seats close to tables, emptying ashtrays, and disposing of trash with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction with facility cleanliness.
- Conform to internal controls and adhere to proper dealing procedures as set forth by CNDC based on knowledge of applicable rules and regulations of the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) and established policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Secure building and occupants by maintaining alarm and fire protection devices.
- Maintain lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts and repairing electrical wiring and fixtures.
- Maintain building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Keep equipment operational and ensure systems and buildings ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules, maintaining maintenance records, following policies and procedures, completing repairs and installing replacement parts, and reporting needed changes.
- Maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter and removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.
- Paint and mow the lawn as well as cleaning the surrounding landscape.
- Maintain the facility plumbing including all water fixtures and sprinklers.
- Haul files and boxes, move furniture, set up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio visual equipment following manufacturer’s operating and care guidelines, and repair and install replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when needed.
- Identify and correct hazardous property conditions.
- Must be able to utilize the Work Order Maintenance system in Stream It to receive and complete work orders.

Line Cook
- Estimate food consumption; then requisition or purchase supplies, or procure food from storage.
- Portion, arrange and garnish food as well as assist cashier in the expediting of orders.
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
- Wash, peel, cut and de-seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption.
- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to spec recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
- Assist all fellow co-workers as needed.
- Grill, sauté, deep fry, bake broil and microwave raw and prepped foods.
- Measure and assemble ingredients and cook all items according to specific recipe and menu guidelines.
- Maintain cooking line in clean, sanitary and safe manner.
- Stock/restock items on line according to specifications.
- Wash and clean raw food products.
- Peeling, dicing, shredding and slicing food products using electric equipment.
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards (wash hands after using the restroom, etc.).
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety.
- Prepare, to order, all food items following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits (8-10 minutes at lunch; 10-12 minutes at dinner).

Cashier
- Develop and maintain professional functional working with restaurant employees and guests.
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant (within 30 seconds).
- May handle guest complaints, inquire about the quality of the dining experience, thank guests and invite them to return.
- Handle cash in an accurate and responsible manner.
- Take register readings, make interim cash reports, count cash register receipts and make frequent cash drops according to Company cash-control policies.
- Answer the telephone, take messages and take and complete all To Go orders.
- Maintain guest checks in numerical order.
- Clear, clean and reset tables and clean chairs, booths and floors after guests leave.
- Perform cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts.
- Responsible for the service of products within the outlet.
- Always have a friendly, positive, helpful attitude.
- Has full knowledge of all food and beverage products and garnishes being served and is fully aware of any and all changes to any menu items.
- Comply with all uniform and appearance standards per SOP guidelines.
- You are aware of all posted information on bulletin boards and in newsletters and will attend any departmental meetings.

Dishwasher/Busser
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
- Sort and stack clean dishes. Carries clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
- Rewashes soiled dishes before delivering.
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
- Set up or break down dishwashing area.
- Clean and roll/unroll mats.
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
- Sweep/mop floors.
- Assemble/disassemble dish machine.
- Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
- General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
- Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints.
- Remove dishes and glasses from bar and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Clean dining room, tables and/or counters after guests have finished dining.
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards (wash hands when using restrooms, etc.).
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Greet patrons in the valet area by opening the car door and offering to take their keys.
- Receive vehicle from guest and complete valet retrieval slip, to be given to the customer and maintained for retrieval purpose in valet booth.
- Complete a walk around of the vehicle and finish valet checklist, checking for damage prior to parking the vehicle.
- Park vehicle in appropriate area and give car keys and retrieval slip to Valet Booth Attendant. Keys are placed in slots, as printed on the retrieval ticket.
- Retrieve vehicle taking customer’s retrieval ticket to valet booth to obtain keys. Identify the car and drive the car to the valet area and hold the door open for patrons.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums and performs basic janitorial procedures.
- Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested. Fabric upholstered furnishings are to be vacuumed.
- Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls. Maintain sanitization of restrooms. Empty and clean waste receptacles.
- Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Ability to use vacuum cleaner, basic equipment and knowledge for carpet care.
- Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals.
- Cleans and restocks drink stations.
- Cleans and restocks Bag in Box (BIB) rooms.
- Performs other duties assigned.
- Complete Fill chip request by preparing requested chip order and completing required forms and verifying/approving transactions in Casino Insight software.
- Consummate and acknowledge fills in Bally’s system after completion of each transaction.
- Assist and when needed verify chip drops.
- Black Light chips and perform end of month inventory at the end of month and as needed.
- Complete individual audit in Main cage at the beginning and end of each shift following proper processes. Assist Main room with any other Chip transactions as needed
- Wash chips by using Chip washing machine. Clean cages and work area. Restock supplies.
- Deliver paperwork to accounting at the end of shift.
- Provide great customer service while maintaining good working inter-departmental relationships.
- Perform all others duties as assigned.
- Count money collected for recording to ensure amounts are documented.
- Open bill acceptors in the secured Soft Count room from electronic games and places the currency and tickets in into the currency counter.
- Complete appropriate documentation through the Bally’s system to be sent to Accounting and delivers monies to vault area.
- Take currency and tickets received from the kiosks and runs through the currency counter in order to separate the bill by denomination and send 1st count totals to accounting.
- Responsible for verifying that count machines and cassettes are clear before and after processing each count.
- Responsible for cleaning count machines at the completion of each count.
- Position requires the ability to safely navigate and park the electric drop carts. And ensure that they are secured and plugged in properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for greeting each guest with a warm and friendly smile when filling drink requests.
- Responsible for serving patrons beverages from the Drink Kiosks.
- Keep greeting area clean and neat.
- Keep drink station clean, wipe down all equipment and counters within the drink station.
- Keep drink station stocked with basic items of condiments (creamers, sugar, etc.).
- Must be able to wear proper PPE, including N95 masks and gloves.
- Disinfects surfaces within the assigned drink station.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Answer incoming telephone calls with a friendly and professional tone, serving as first point of contact for the facility with a goal of enhancing customer perception of the Chickasaw Nation.
- Book guest reservations for all applicable amenities such as hotel, golf, RV or any other applicable amenity using multiple systems.
- Communicate information on games available, promotions, concerts, hotel and/or other facility amenities and events to promote the Chickasaw Nation as a desirable destination.
- Promote Players Club Card benefits to ensure guests maximize their experience.
- Resolve minor guest concerns and complaints focusing on providing a winning experience to guests. Escalates complaints as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Operate a closed circuit television system to monitor gaming and money-handling activity to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Document and record any suspicious gaming activities to pass to supervisors for further investigation
- Maintain a proficient knowledge of all surveillance policies and procedures and a general knowledge of MICS/TICS and CNDC’s overall policies and procedures.
- Update and review current list of barred and banned individuals ensuring strict compliance
- Prepare daily activity and incidents reports to establishing video evidence and perform frequent audits to protect the Chickasaw Nation’s employees and assets.

- Ring up purchase items on cash register, accept credit card or cash, and count out change when required.
- Maintain purchase log of sales conducted on assigned shift to be given to Gift Shop Manager for inventory purposes.
- Answer basic questions concerning services provided at a facility level and direct customers to appropriate area.
- Count down credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift. Complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts.
